Store Team Member – Instore

Contribute to the store operation by providing excellent customer service over the phone or face to face and/or delivery of our products within the guidelines and standards set by Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd and the local Franchisee.

Store Team Member – Driver

Above all else, a Domino’s Pizza Driver (Safe Delivery Specialist) is responsible for delivering our products to the customer in a safe manner. Dayshift or full time Drivers however hold a multi skilled role which requires involvement in some In store duties being performed such as answering phones, folding boxes, cleaning, stocking the makeline or putting deliveries away. This list is not exhaustive, and it is a requirement of all drivers both full and part time to contribute to the work of the store whilst not on delivery when requested to do so.

Shift Manager/Runner

To assist and deputise for the Assistant Manager or Store Manager. Taking full responsibility for the running of a shift in the absence of Store Management including responsibility for Health and Safety matters.

Assistant Manager

To assist and deputise for the Store Manager. Taking full responsibility for the running of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. To provide support to the manager in managing the resources of the store including staff, health and safety, stock, product quality, marketing initiatives, sales targets and financial management to increase unit sales and capitalise on sales opportunities.

Store Manager

To be the accountable officer responsible for the efficient and profitable running of a store in line with Domino’s standards. To manage the resources of the store including staff, stock, product quality, marketing initiatives, sales targets and financial management to increase unit sales and capitalise on sales opportunities.

Area Manager/Supervisor

To manage the business efficiently and profitably whilst maintaining high levels of operational standards across all stores as laid down by Domino’s and the Franchisee. Setting the agenda for the business and formulating strategies for continuous improvement to bring about development of the business.

Regional Manager

To lead and manage a team of Area Managers to achieve optimal financial and operational performance for the areas of responsibility by setting goals and targets for improved performance.
